Organisational Silence - please help!

It has been recognised for at least a decade that getting employees to speak up aids good quality decision making in organisations as well as contributing to good overall performance, increased learning and innovation.  The trouble is that it’s all too common for employees to feel that ‘speaking up’ is difficult and for organisational silence to descend like a fog.
